Cynthia Cohen began dancing at the age of five and continues to dance today. She has graduated with an Associates Degree in Science and Fine Arts from Southern Union State Community College. Also, she is a recent graduate from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors in Dance. Miss Cohen has performed with the KSU Dance Company, the Southern Union Dance Company, and several dance studios around Carroll County; she, also, is a choreographer and a dance instructor. She began her dance instructing career at the age of sixteen with The Fever Performing Arts; since then she has taught at other various dance studios, such as: Blissful Feet Dance Studio, Fehree Performance of Atlanta for afterschool programs, and Southern Union’s Summer Intensive Camps. She has also choreographed many dances for Fever and her Alma Mater Southern Union. Some of her works include: “Book of Right On”, “Sisters”, “Seven Nation Army”, and “Run the Night”. Miss Cohen hopes to dance, choreograph and teach for her professional career; furthermore she plans to create her own athletic dance training program for high school athletes.
